Upgrade your Range Rover L405 with this re-trimmed genuine steering wheel finished in real carbon fibre. This steering wheel is a genuine Land Rover Steering Wheel that has be professionally re-trimmed by hand. Carbon fibre is one of the strongest composits used in manufacturing today giving an unrivaled strength for its unit weight. In addition to its strength it has become increasingly popular material for trimming the interiors of super cars due to the visual impact of the intricate weave pattern of the fibres. Many top marques like Aston Martin and Bentley now use carbon fibre on the interiors of their vehicles and this has created demand for aftermarket Carbon Fibre interiors for cars like the Range Rover. The steering wheel has designed with a more ergonomic “sports” grip profile and the grip ares have been trimmed with soft napa leather with a perforated finish. The lower plastic “spokes” on this wheel have also be leather covered to give a more bespoke appearance. Note also that this steering wheel DOES NOT have a heated grip function. Note also that this steering wheel has the recesses at the back for paddle shifts. This listing is for a bare steering wheel with no airbag and no switches. You retain all your original wiring / airbags etc so there are no compatibility issues. The airbag is not included. The steering wheel that you return must be a genuine Land Rover part.
