The part that you return must be a genuine Land Rover part. Pull each side panel (the wooden upright piece) to remove the side panel enough to expose the screws holding in the heater control assembly. Undo the screws and pull the Clock / Terrain control assembly forward (there is no need to disconnect the wires). Release the plastic tabs and pull the fascia off the front.
